SP1 KNAPSACK SPRAYER

The SP1 backpack 4-gallon polythylene tank sprayer uses a hand lever operated diaphragm pump that develops pressures up to 70 p.s.i The unique pump is skillfully engineered so that there is no friction between moving parts, with no nuts and bolts to tighten or adjust, thus eliminating leaks from worn out rings, gaskets or loose nuts and bolts.  The SP1 sprayer has been designed to virtually eliminate repairs, other than those caused by lack of maintenance and care of the equipment. All corrosive metal parts have been eliminated from the internal mechanism thus preventing rust all if the problems related to rust. The pumping handle has been manufactured so that the spray extension or wand can be clipped on to it, freeing up the hands of the operator to perform other tasks while the sprayer is still on his back. The handle may also be swiveled out and away from the forward position if so desired, giving the person more freedom of movement. Unlike many sprayers the spray wand of the SP1 unit may be fitted with a wide selection of the more commonly produced spray tips which allows for use of many different capacities, spray angles and patterns to meet a required or specific application.
