High Pressure TurboDrop Operating Instructions
High Pressure TurboDrop® NOZZLE:TDCFFP
Drift control pressure range is 30-90 PSI. Targeting 60-70 psi operating pressure will allow for greater changes in speed and pressure. Max pressure is 150 psi.

Between 30 and 80 psi, the spray angle of the exit tip will narrow by approximately 10-15% (making a 110° degree tip essentially a 90-100° tip). Make necessary boom heighth adjustment for desired overlap. (For 20" spacing, a height of 24-40" is recommended.)

Higher pressures are recommended for penetration into a dense crop canopy and for better coverage with contact chemicals.

High Pressure TurboDrop® VENTURI:
Venturi The venturi must be correctly matched to the exit tip. The venturi controls the flow rate; the exit tip determines the pattern only.

Flat fan, flood, twin jet, hollowcone tips and others may be used with the venturi. Droplet size will vary with type of exit tip used. (Please consult Greenleaf.)

Extended Range tips are not recommended for pressures over 60psi.

Always test any combination that you intend to use.
